I am a beekeeper located in south Louisiana. I started my beekeeping journey in Spring of 2020 and have fell in love with the work that I am doing. As of July 2021, I currently have 24 colonies, on 3 different properties. I am always looking to expand. I am working my way up to around 150 bee colonies in the next "several" years. I manage all aspects of the business personally... Maintaining the hives, extraction of the honey, wax collection and cleaning and am currently making 100% natural lip balm from my wax. I am plaining, in the near future, to produce my own Bees-Wax Candles also. I am still a small "SIDE-LINER" beekeeper. But with the support of locals and the Farmers Markets, I will be growing and doing something that is enjoyable.
